Karanasos Hotel - Batsi (Andros)

I would stay here again when visiting Greece. Staff was welcoming. - the location in a calm area was amazing. - There were a market and a bakery nearby.

room was good sized and fashionable with a refrigerator, an air conditioning, and an individual safe.

Property was newly remodelled and comfortable, we appreciated this place.

This place was just what we had hoped for, strongly recommend. Everything was excellent, magnificent location near to hiking in Andros which is very popular, really comfortable experience. We had double room with a nice balcony view. The staff was accommodating and solved our problems immediately.

Before embarking on our daily adventures to explore the stunning sights of Batsi and its famous beaches, we started our mornings with a delightful coffee at a nearby cafe. The locals were friendly, and the coffee was rich and aromatic, setting the perfect tone for the day. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the picturesque trails in the area, immersing ourselves in the natural beauty up close. From the enchanting forest paths to the breathtaking cliffside views, our family had a memorable time exploring all the hidden gems Andros had to offer.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if the hotel had a dedicated play area for children.

The view from our apartment was absolutely stunning, with a jaw-dropping vista of the sea. The hotel's location was perfect, away from the noisy part of town and just a minute's walk to the beautiful beach. We also had the convenience of a fantastic restaurant right across the street. The room exceeded our expectations, even better than the pictures, and the value for money was superb. The hotel had all the amenities you could ask for, including a helpful reception, comfortable beds, and a spacious balcony with a drying line. The attention to detail, like ample space for toiletries and a great shower, made our stay even more enjoyable. The owners were friendly and gave us excellent hiking tips. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade jams, fresh bread, and tasty tomatoes. We were also impressed by the lift, something not commonly found. this hotel is an absolute gem, offering clean and modern rooms, a quiet location, and fantastic amenities. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our trip.

The location of the hotel was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach and a short walk to the center of town. The proximity to the bus stop made it convenient to explore the rest of the island. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I especially loved the big balcony with its partial view of the sea and the town.

That the walls were quite thin, so if you had noisy neighbors, it could be a bit difficult to sleep peacefully. there were some issues with the bathroom not draining properly, causing small floods.
